DIVITA SPELT RAVIOLI WITH TRUFFLES 250 g
Spelt - a tasty alternative. The Divita spelt ravioli with truffles are freshly stuffed pasta with a rich cream filling. Besides truffles and ricotta, we added aged Slovenian cheese Tolminc, a hard full-fat cheese made from raw cow's milk.
Put the ravioli in boiling salted water. Cook them for 4 minutes on low heat, drain and pour over your favorite sauce. If you want to enjoy the authentic taste of the filling, we recommend that you enrich them with just a piece of butter or a few drops of olive oil.
