Fresh Pasta

At Mlinotest we have produced Fresh Filled Pasta for a number of years: cappelletti, ravioli and sacchettini. The dough is made from a mixture of carefully selected wheat semolina and eggs. Fresh pasta is really special because, compared to dried pasta, it is more aromatic and has a fuller taste.

The taste of pasta is superbly complemented by our range of fillings. You can choose between cheese, meat, dried ham and spinach fillings. Meat and cheese fillings complement the amino acid composition and the content of vitamin B, while vegetable filling complements pasta with the vitamins, minerals and fibre.

Mlinotest Fresh Pasta has a shelf life of two or, in the case of lasagne, even three months and is made without any added preservatives. The longer shelf life is enabled by means of a special packaging method in an oxygen-free atmosphere. Fresh Pasta should be stored in the refrigerator in closed packaging and at a temperature of up to 6o C.
