Ceres Ca+ Pasta A novelty in our product range is durum pasta enriched with calcium; we named it Ceres Ca+. Ceres Ca+ Pasta is produced from a mixture of hard durum wheat semolina, which is why it can never overcook, but will always preserve its supple compactness. It is produced without eggs and contains no cholesterol. Ceres Ca+ Pasta is a rich source of calcium extracted from sea algae. An average meal, i.e. 100 g of pasta, contains 200 mg of calcium, thus covering 25 % of recommended daily intake of calcium. Ceres Ca+ Pasta is recommendable to everybody, but particularly to children and adolescents, pregnant women and breast-feeding mothers as well as to more mature women, but also men. Ceres Ca+ Pasta tastes the same as regular pasta. Calcium is preserved during cooking. Ceres Ca+ Casarecce and Ceres Ca+ Dischi Volanti is made on special bronze moulds giving it a rough surface, to which sauce sticks more easily; for this reason the pasta tastes even better.
